The Chance to Shine Awards will be back once again this year to recognise all the fantastic work that has taken place across all of our programmes in another challenging year and the brilliant people who make it happen.

Nominations are open and will close on Sunday 26th September at 11PM.

Changes to categories

There are seven categories open for nominations, including Secondary School of the Year and the Community Cricket Award which have returned to reflect the increase in delivery over the last year. As ever, we’re looking for a variety of nominations across all of the Chance to Shine programmes.

Fulfilling the criteria

We know that all of our programmes have been adapted in different ways over the last year. We would encourage you to highlight nominees who embraced innovation to ensure that children were able to continue playing cricket, whether that was in-person or virtually.

This year’s categories are:

• Primary School of the Year
• Secondary School of the Year
• Schools Coach of the Year
• Street Coach of the Year
• Project of the Year (any part of the CTS programme can be nominated)
• Young Leader of the Year (The young person could come from any part of the CTS programmes)
• Community Cricket Award
