Ben Wallis - Head of Cricket Development (Participation & Growth)
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Cricket Development & Operational programmes (including roles responsible for the programme delivery) of the Participation & Growth and Recreational Cricket support.
Lead Officer for the following programmes:
- Club Support & Liaison
- Facilities & Investment - Early Stage Advice - Fine Turf, Non-Turf & Pavilion projects
- Association/Network Relationships & Support (ECBCA, ACO, Ground Associations & IOG, Leagues)
- Workforce Development & Training Programmes (Coach Education & Development)
Matt Morley - Cricket Development Officer (Education & Women & Girls)
Responsibilities: Oversee the Co-ordination and delivery duties relating to the delivery of the Schools & Education programmes, particularly Chance to Shine and All Starts Cricket, inline with the National Participation & Growth Focus areas of Kids and Community.
Lead Officer for the following programmes:
- Chance to Shine Primary Schools Programme
- Secondary Schools Programme (Lady Taverners and Leadership)
- Further Education Programmes
- Primary & Secondary School Competitions & Festivals
- Chance to Shine Street Projects
Nick Reeves - Community Cricket Development Officer (National Programmes Lead)
Responsibilities: Oversee the Co-ordination and delivery duties relating to the delivery of the ECB National Programmes in line with the National Participation & Growth Focus areas of Kids and Community.
Lead Officer for the following programmes:
- All Stars Cricket
- Dynamos Cricket
- Vitality U19 Club T20
Richard Hill (MBE) - Disability Cricket Programme Officer
Responsibilities: Co-ordination of Disability Cricket activity, particularly Lords Taverners Disability Programmes, in line with the National Participation & Growth Focus areas.
Lead Officer for the following programmes:
- Lords Taverners Programmes (Table Cricket & Super 1’s)
- Community Programmes
- Impairments Programmes
TBC - Community Cricket Development Coach
Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the Chance to Shine Programmes (Schools & Street), All Stars Cricket, Dynamos Cricket &Other Community Programmes in line with the National Participation & Growth Focus areas of Kids and Community.

- Street & Community Programmes (Co-ordination)
Performance & Representative Cricket Department
Kevin Scully – CYC Programme Manager
Responsibilities: Manage the co-ordination & delivery duties for the Cambridgeshire Young Cricketers Programme and lead the Coach Mentoring Programme. Main Tasks include:-
- CYC Programme Manager - Point of Contact for All Programme Enquiries
- CYC Trials Process
- CYC Winter Coaching Programme & Schedule
- Specialist sessions for under 11's to under 13's
- CYC Summer Playing Programme (Including Tours)
- Coach Mentoring Programme Lead
James Williams - Pathway Lead Coach - Boys
Responsibilities: To lead and undertake coaching duties relating to the delivery of the Cambridgeshire Young Cricketers Boys Programme and Performance Pathway Programme including EPP Programme.
Lead Officer/Coach for:
- U17 Boys County Age Group
- Head Boys Coach (CYC Programme)
- Emerging Players Programme
Peter Laughlin - Pathway Lead Coach - Girls
Responsibilities: To lead and undertake coaching duties relating to the delivery of the Cambridgeshire Young Cricketers Girls Programme and Performance Pathway Programme including RDC Programme.

- Head Girls Coach (CYC Programme)

Finance Department
Paul Tibble – Finance Manager
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the Day to Day Finance Operations and Organisational Budget within the Board Structure. Main tasks include:-
- Finance Operations including Payroll
- Invoicing & Payments
- Day to Day Finance Transactions
- Payment & Financial Inquiries
- End of Year Accounts
Welfare & Safeguarding Department
Robert Benson & Jane Reeson - County Welfare Officers
Responsibilities: Oversee the compliance of Welfare & Safeguarding across the county under the auspicious of Cambridgeshire Cricket Board. Main tasks include:-
- CWO Training Compliance
- ECB DBS Updates
- Liaising with League Welfare Officers
- Coach Training Compliance (Safeguarding)
- County Point of Contact for Cricket Safeguarding Concerns
