ECB Dynamos Schools Festivals are replacing the Kwik Cricket competitions from summer 2022
The aims of Dynamos Schools are:
- To build on the success of Kwik Cricket
- To give children the same experience in club and school
- To deliver an exciting new brand of competition linked to the elite via The Hundred
- Introduce Countdown Cricket format
- Ensure a fully inclusive competitive experience for children aged 8-11

Cambridgeshire Cricket organises local festivals around the county from which the winners and runners-up go through to the County Final.
Competitions are:
Years 5 & 6 Mixed Cricket
Years 5 & 6 Girls Cricket
Years 3 & 4
U11 (Yr 5 & 6) Dynamos Schools Festivals 2023
Wed 17th May- March Town CC
Mon 22nd May- Babraham CC
Tue 23rd May- Histon CC
Tue 6th June- Bottisham Village College
Wed 7th June- Foxton CC
All competitions start at 1PM
County Final - Monday 19th June at Caldecote CC
U11 (Yr 5 & 6) Girls Dynamos Schools Festivals 2023
Wed 14th June- March Town CC
Thu 15th June- Caldecote
Both competitions start at 10AM
The girls competitions will be run as stand alone events with no county finals in 2023
