Today is International Stress Awareness Day - so w Today is International Stress Awareness Day - so what better time to talk about mental health!

Last week our team had an important day away from our usual jobs to complete First Aid for Mental Health training, with John from @nucutraining

We learned how to spot the signs of stress and other struggles, how to truly listen and how to guide people toward the right help - whether that’s a chat with friends or professional support.

Stress is a normal emotion; however, sometimes stress can become overwhelming and the effects of long-term stress can have an impact on our health this is when we might need help to manage it.

We are proud to have completed our training and hope that our new found skills as Mental Health First Aiders will help create a workplace, training ground and game where wellbeing comes first.
