On Thursday 13th we proudly launched the Cambridgeshire Cricket Strategy & County Wide Plan for 2025-2028, an evening marked by insight & shared ambition for the future of cricket across the country.
We were delighted to welcome committee representatives from more than 25 Cambridgeshire Clubs, a wide range of cricket providers, supporters and members of the ECB. After a warm welcome from Robert Benson, Deputy Chair of Cambridgeshire Cricket Board and the introduction of our key strategic priorities from Russell Doel, our Head of Cricket Operations, attendees joined discussions focused on three areas.

The event showcased the commitment across our network to future-proof the game and ensure that both existing and new communities of cricketers can say: “Cricket is a Game for Me.”
