Vacancies

Two vacancies currently – Women`s and Girls` Participation Officer, and Community Cricket Coach

Cambridgeshire Cricket Limited is in the early stages of delivering against their Strategic Plan 2025-2028. To support this we are looking to recruit a new Community Cricket Coach position, as well as a Women`s and Girls` Participation Officer. It`s an exciting time to be involved in cricket where participation rates are rising, in particular with women and girls, with greater potential for growth and development. We wish to broaden opportunities to engage in cricket to a wider audience in line with being the `Most Inclusive Team Sport` locally, hence the need to recruit these two fundamental positions. If people can say, “Cricket is a Game for Me”, we are doing our job well!

The Women`s and Girls` Participation Officer will drive engagement and commitment into the game for girls and women by creating great and inspirational opportunities and environments in schools and clubs. The Community Cricket Coach will provide excellent initial exposure to cricket experiences in primary schools for children, leading into engaging community programmes and high quality early pathway programmes.
